Can I change my payment method?Updated a month ago

To ensure your shipments continue without interruption, it's important to keep your payment information up to date. Here's how to change the bank card linked to your subscription. 🙂

- Go to your subscription confirmation email.

- Click on "Manage subscription".

- Log in to your profile using the little code sent by email.

- Click on "Update" next to the payment method.

Important:
Payment method changes must be made before the next billing date for the changes to be taken into account.
