When you place an order and it has been confirmed, a little order confirmation email is sent to your inbox. š
In this email, you'll find your order summary as well as your order number, which is very useful when you contact us. š
Be careful though, it sometimes slips into your junk mail or spam folder!
Your order then appears as "unprocessed", but don't worry, it has indeed been registered.
It just means it isn't ready yet. š
If you don't receive a confirmation email, there are several possible reasons:
- Your payment didn't go through or is pending with your bank.
- You made a mistake in your email address. (typo, space, ...)
