Tracking your parcel is very simple!

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your parcel with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the postal service website right here 😊

This tracking is also possible from your customer account:

  1. Log in using your credentials.
  2. Click on « Orders » and select the "track shipment" section.

If your parcel is marked as delivered and you haven't received it yet, we recommend checking your mailbox. If you were away at the time of delivery, the postal service should have left a delivery notice.

For your information, the parcel may be delivered to a pickup point after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Please note that this can happen without prior notification. We invite you to carefully check the available tracking link to locate your order.

For a home delivery, don't hesitate to check with your neighbors. Unfortunately, some couriers may have left it at a house next door if you were away.
