- Grab your mobile phone and take a photo of your defective item, both from far away and up close. šø
- Open your mailbox and attach the photos, your order number, and a short description of what happened with your item to your email.Ā

Afterwards, customer support will take care of submitting the after-sales request to the supplier. š§
