You absolutely have the right to change your mind. 😊

All returned items must not have been worn, used, washed or damaged. Indeed, they must be new with their original packaging as well as their tags. 😊

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, such as personalized items (helmet, stirrups, saddle pad, ...) as these are in fact produced at your request.

Items bearing the mention "Return not accepted" in their description, for example books or saddles, also cannot be returned due to their nature and use. A small note is shown on the product sheet to inform you of this. 😇
