If your order hasn't been shipped yet or is being prepared, it's entirely possible to change or cancel your order.

To do so, don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone (it's faster for handling the change 😉 : 01 86 26 68 62). And send us your order number, as well as the reference(s) of the items you'd like to change; this allows us to handle the change as quickly as possible.

Otherwise, unfortunately it's too late, but don't worry: you have 14 days after receiving your parcel to return the item you don't wish to keep to us free of charge, from France and Belgium.
