You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us.

For logistical reasons, we unfortunately don't process returns in exchange for another item, but we offer you a credit note or a refund of your item upon receipt. 😊

To return an item to us, the procedure to follow is very simple:

1. First, you need your order number or your parcel tracking number. (Which you'll find on your parcel or in your Ohlala customer account under "My orders").
2. Then you simply need to complete your label online, download it right here then print it.
3. Put the item back in its original packaging, then place it in a parcel (for example: the Ohlala pouch). Then stick the return label on the parcel.
4. Then drop off your parcel at a pickup point or post office.😇

Upon its arrival at our warehouse, your return is processed within 72h and you will receive the refund in your bank account at most 48h after the return is processed.
