What should I do if I haven't received my order? 😕
First, go to order tracking in your customer account, in the section "orders"
Then click on the relevant order and make sure it hasn't already been presented or delivered.
Sometimes your order is marked as delivered but there's nothing in your mailbox. Don't worry, occasionally a small scanning error slips into the routing of your parcel and your order is delivered a little later in the day.
