When you received your parcel, does an item have a manufacturing fault, or has it become damaged after several uses? 😞
Here's the procedure for submitting an after-sales service (warranty) request:
- Grab your mobile phone and take a photo of your faulty item, both from far away and up close. 📸
- Open your mailbox and attach the photos, your order number, and a short description of what happened with your item to your email.
- Send your email to the following address, [email protected], where Dorine and Margaux will be happy to help you.
Afterwards, customer support will take care of submitting the after-sales request to the supplier. 📧
Once we receive the supplier's reply, Dorine and Magalie will offer you the best solution for you. 🥰
Please note: without photos, we will not be able to support your after-sales request with the supplier.
The supplier may wish to collect your item for inspection or repair. In that case, the returned item must be clean. ✨
